Compliance and Ethics

The heart of ethical and compliance-driven business practices lies in preventive education and training at all levels of an organization. These learning opportunities take place at job sites, warehouses, on laptops and tablets, and in classrooms. They cover not just ethics and compliance, but also how our core values are applied to making daily decisions that keep our employees safe and our company strong.

Community

GSI’s mission is to protect the traveling public and infrastructure assets of the United States and Canada from the impact of geohazards. But this is more than a business mission; it also is GSI’s philanthropic mission. GSI’s employees labor in service to the communities in which they work. Simply put, GSI’s work makes the nation’s roadway network safer for the traveling public and undoubtedly saves people’s lives. And by bringing the newest technologies and approaches to public agencies, GSI can often cut project costs and time in half as compared to older, more traditional geohazard repair technologies, which means that during the course of its existence, GSI has saved nearly $200M of taxpayer dollars in addition to making roadways safer.

People and Talent

We recognize that our employees are the driving force behind our success. At GeoStabilization International, we invest in our people, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration. We believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for personal and professional development. Our dedicated team is the backbone of our organization, and we prioritize their well-being, safety, and job satisfaction. Through continuous training, skill enhancement programs, and a supportive work environment, we empower our employees to contribute their best to our sustainable development efforts. By valuing and investing in our people, we ensure a brighter future for both our team members and the communities we serve.
