On June 9, 2017, every GeoStabilization International® employee across North America participated in a company-wide Safety Stand Up, spending the day together in groups of 10-40 people. The intent of the day was to reinforce GeoStabilization’s “Safety-Quality-Production: in that order, at all times” culture. The groups followed an in-depth, standardized agenda to ensure training quality and uniformity throughout the company. The groups covered a wide range of topics including:
No preventable accident is acceptable to the GeoStabilization family. Our Safety Stand Up events are a critical piece of our safety culture and strategy, which is geared to making sure every GeoStabilization employee returns home safely after every project.
