GeoStabilization Earns Fourth Straight ADSC Safety Award

For the 4th year in a row, GeoStabilization International® has won the prestigious International Association of Foundation Drilling safety award (picture below). The award is based off a company’s commitment to safety best practices and Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), which considers how many OSHA recordable incidents a company has per number of hours worked. A perfect TRIR score is zero, which would correlate with no OSHA recordable incidents. Currently, GeoStabilization’s TRIR score is 1.15 compared to an industry average of 2.9, making our company one of the safest geotechnical contractors in the industry.

“While we’ve won some impressive awards over the past few years, I’m most proud of winning this safety award year-over-year,” states Colby Barrett, CEO. “Thanks to every team member out there working safe and living our core value to ‘Protect our Family’.”
