For the third year in a row, GeoStabilization International® is named a Top Ten Military Friendly® Employer – coming in at the top spot for 2022. Organizations earning this designation have demonstrated a commitment to serving the military and veteran community in ways that are comprehensive in scope and meaningful in terms of outcomes and impact. They have invested in substantive programs to recruit, retain and advance veterans within their organization.
Participating companies were evaluated using public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey, with the evaluating methodology, criteria, and weightings determined by VIQTORY and the Military Friendly Advisory Council of independent leaders in the higher education and military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining the organization’s survey score with an assessment of its ability to meet thresholds for applicant, employee retention, and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
