The crews first removed vegetation, including trees, within 20 feet of the brow of the affected slope. They then performed light-to-moderate rock scaling, followed by the installation of shear key buttresses, rock bolt and dowel structures, and wet and dry shotcrete that effectively stabilized the slope.
