Access Limited, a firm leading in limited-access and steep slope services, welcomes three new hires with expertise in the energy market: Jon Irvine as Key Account Manager, Power and Utilities; Chad Earhart, Professional Development Engineer (PDE), Power; and Jody Kuhne, Senior Pursuit Engineer.

As Key Account Manager - Power and Utilities, Jon Irvine builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the energy market. As part of Access Limited's client management team, Irvine is responsible for identifying and pursuing prospective projects across the industry, from lead generation to conversion. With a background in Project Management and transmission engineering, Irvine previously worked at Exponent, an engineering and scientific consulting firm, Pro Energy Services Group LLC, and Dashiel Corporation.

As a PDE - Power, Chad Earhart supports key contractors and consultants within the energy market. As part of the role, Chad identifies and pursues prospective projects and develops long-term solutions for customers within the industry. Earhart comes to Access Limited with more than a decade of diverse experience within the power and utilities industry. Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated value in various capacities, including Transmission Line Engineering Supervisor, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, and consultant.

As Senior Pursuit Engineer, Jody Kuhne is responsible for project and site assessment, providing engineering expertise, offering technical assistance, and facilitating project development. With more than 30 years of Geotechnical engineering experience, Kuhne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His previous work includes with North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), where he specialized in slope stability, engineering geology, and landslide and rock slope mitigation. Following his tenure at NCDOT, Kuhne continued his work as a consultant for DOTs in North Carolina, West Virginia and Tennessee.
