A portion of Pacific Coast Highway from Malibu to Camarillo will be closed intermittently Wednesday and Thursday as crews put up rock nets on steep slopes above the highway, Caltrans said Tuesday.
Several rock climbers and a helicopter will install 35 rock nets measuring 12 feet wide and about 150 to 215 feet long on steep slopes 90 feet above Pacific Coast Highway, officials said.
