The City is pleased with the performance of this operation and GSI’s willingness to make the cost acceptable to both parties. Thank you.”
The City’s representative then replied with the following text:
“Gentlemen, The City wish[es] to thank [GSI] for its work ethic and professionalism in cooperating concerning the [pipe] abandonment of the N. St. Elmo project. You are Second to None, my traveling brothers.”
