This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our finance operations—responsible for guiding the accounting team, owning technical accounting, and partnering cross-functionally with leaders across the business.
This hire is crucial to supporting GSI’s ongoing growth, including post-acquisition integrations, internal control maturation, and continuous margin-focused decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Demonstrated process and systems development experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial systems
Preferred Qualifications
CPA certification
Experience running a complete month-end close cycle
Prior use of Vista by Viewpoint
Background in public accounting or fast-scaling private companies
Hands-on experience with M&A integration
