Dominic Ivankovich

Dominic joins Access Limited after more than twenty-eight years of engineering, marketing, and business development experience, including more than ten years leading large global businesses across essential industries. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Dominic has a rich track record of driving growth acceleration and market share gains via improved client satisfaction, innovation, commercial execution, and strategic acquisitions in core and new markets. Additionally, Dominic’s significant depth in acquisition integration and construction management is critical to Access Limited's future as it continues to grow in current and new mission-critical applications consistent with the company’s mission.

Gina Hinman-Trulli

Gina Hinman-Trulli Joined GeoStabilization International as Chief People Officer. Gina She has 20 years+ of HR experience across a wide range of industries and has previously held roles as the VP, Head of Global Human Resources at Mesa Labs, Head of Employee Experience at Gusto, and Vice President of HR at Charles Schwab & Co.

Gina resides in Denver, CO with her husband and three children.

Chief Financial Officer

Clint Rivet

Clint Rivet joined GeoStabilization International as Chief Financial Officer, bringing nearly three decades of experience leading financial and technology operations at global, growth-driven companies. Known for combining financial discipline with a growth mindset, Clint has guided organizations through acquisitions, international expansion, and operational transformation. He earned his degree from Louisiana State University and calls Denver, Colorado home, where he lives with his wife and two children.

Nathan Beard

Nathan has worked for GeoStabilization for over 10 years, managing and engineering projects throughout North America.  A former Captain in the United States Air Force, Nathan held the position of Program Manager, Coach, and Instructor at the United States Air Force Academy; the Atlas II Program Manager at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida; and the Systems Engineering Chief at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Nathan was awarded the United States Air Force Academy Instructor of the Semester in 2006, the United States Air Force Academy Newcomer Instructor of the Semester in 2005, and earned the Air Force Achievement Medal for outstanding performance. Nathan attended the United States Air Force Academy, graduating with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and served as the Co-Captain of the 2000 Air Force Academy football team.

Nathan has authored numerous papers on geohazards and lives in Destin, Florida, with his wife, Ashlee; their daughter, Olivia, and their son, Braxton.

VP of Corporate Development & Strategy

Daniel Lines

Dan plays the strategic role of leading non-organic business growth, new market identification, strategic research and development, and implementation of new technologies. Most recently, Dan was Director of Finance at Trebor International, a unit of the IDEX corporation and a premium manufacturer of high purity fluid transfer solutions for the semiconductor and chemical markets. Before joining Trebor, he held two additional roles of increasing responsibility at IDEX, most recently as the Director of Corporate Development and M&A, and prior as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has held senior finance roles at Roadnet Technologies, Alvarez & Marsal, and BMO Capital Markets. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Dan resides in Park City, Utah with his wife Colleen. In his free time, you can likely find him in the mountains skiing, hiking, camping, biking, and enjoying every outdoor activity in-between.

Shelly Bibby

Shelly Bibby joined GeoStabilization International as Vice President of Marketing, bringing more than 25 years of global leadership experience across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She has deep expertise in construction, manufacturing, and operations, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-site organizations and aligning strategy with execution.

Most recently, Shelly served as Vice President of Operations for ILG, a Blackstone company in the residential and commercial construction sector, where she oversaw operations across 37 locations along the East Coast. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles including Managing Director for Construction Specialties in the Middle East, where she led operations, supply chain, and R&D across multiple countries. She began her career in engineering at Johnson & Johnson and later expanded her focus to include strategic planning, digital transformation, brand development, and product management leadership.

Shelly holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Jose J. Cantu G. PhD

Jose Cantu Gomez joined GeoStabilization International as Vice President of Business Transformation, bringing more than 35 years of global experience driving operational excellence and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Jose has led large-scale manufacturing, product development, operations excellence, IT transformation, and business integration efforts across globally recognized organizations including Kimberly-Clark, SC Johnson, Amazon, and Expedia Group. He has built a reputation for aligning technology, process improvement, and leadership development to strengthen performance and scalability across complex organizations.

Jose holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, along with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds certification in the Psychology of Leadership.

Jose resides in Colorado with his wife and three children.

Lalu Prasad

Lalu Prasad joined GeoStabilization International as Vice President of RoadGuard, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in industrial and transportation operations. He has a strong track record of leading field-based service organizations and driving operational performance and safety excellence.

Most recently, Lalu served as Chief Operating Officer at National Railway Equipment (NRE), a TRM Equity portfolio company. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years with GE Transportation and Wabtec Corporation, where he held senior leadership roles overseeing global service operations. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on operational improvement, technology integration, and reliability performance across geographically diverse teams.

Lalu holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala. He is also certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

President, Southeast Highway 

Barry Snyder

Barry Snyder brings more than two decades of investment banking, private equity, and venture capital experience to his role as President of Southeast Highway, the region's leading guardrail contractor. Under his leadership, Southeast Highway has grown into a premier provider of guardrail installation and maintenance services across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, serving state DOTs, general contractors, and private businesses.

Before leading Southeast Highway, Barry founded Glenwick Capital, LLC, focused on mid and late-stage private equity investments in technology, infrastructure, and consumer companies. Glenwick Capital was launched after Barry’s 25 year banking career, where he served in senior positions at several banks, including JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.

Barry holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia Business School and is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
