Dominic Ivankovich

Dominic joins RoadGuard after more than twenty-eight years of engineering, marketing, and business development experience, including more than ten years leading large global businesses across essential industries. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Dominic has a rich track record of driving growth acceleration and market share gains via improved client satisfaction, innovation, commercial execution, and strategic acquisitions in core and new markets. Additionally, Dominic’s significant depth in acquisition integration and construction management is critical to RoadGuard's future as it continues to grow in current and new mission-critical applications consistent with the company’s mission.

Nathan Beard

Nathan has worked for RoadGuard for over 10 years, managing and engineering projects throughout North America.  A former Captain in the United States Air Force, Nathan held the position of Program Manager, Coach, and Instructor at the United States Air Force Academy; the Atlas II Program Manager at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida; and the Systems Engineering Chief at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Nathan was awarded the United States Air Force Academy Instructor of the Semester in 2006, the United States Air Force Academy Newcomer Instructor of the Semester in 2005, and earned the Air Force Achievement Medal for outstanding performance. Nathan attended the United States Air Force Academy, graduating with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and served as the Co-Captain of the 2000 Air Force Academy football team.

Nathan has authored numerous papers on geohazards and lives in Destin, Florida, with his wife, Ashlee; their daughter, Olivia, and their son, Braxton.

Chief People Officer

Gina Hinman-Trulli

Gina Hinman-Trulli joined RoadGuard as Chief People Officer. Gina She has 20 years+ of HR experience across a wide range of industries and has previously held roles as the VP, Head of Global Human Resources at Mesa Labs, Head of Employee Experience at Gusto, and Vice President of HR at Charles Schwab & Co.

Gina resides in Denver, CO with her husband and three children.

Chief Financial Officer

Lawrence Lin

Lawrence Lin joined RoadGuard as Chief Financial Officer. Combined with over 20 years of financial experience, Lawrence most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Operations and Strategic Development at PHC Holdings Corporation and Vice President of Finance for LivaNova. Lawrence was a key player in PHC’s IPO earlier this year and has been recognized for an exceptional track record of leading businesses through significant growth periods. Lawrence holds his bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

VP Supply Chain

Vicki Krallis

Vicki has a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University with a specialization in International Business.  She was most recently Indirect Sourcing Manager for the Performance and Protective Textiles Division of Milliken & Company with responsibility for over $140 Million in annual spending.  Prior to this, she spent four years in various roles within Procurement and Planning at Danaher Corporation.

Vicki resides in Greer, South Carolina with her two daughters, Angela and Athina.  In her free time, Vicki enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.

VP of Marketing

Sean Cheatham

Sean earned Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Business and Government from the University of Redlands in southern California. He was most recently at Polaris Industries where he lead the Marketing & Product Management teams for the Commercial, Government and Defense business unit. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Eaton Corporation in various Sales leadership, Product Management, and international Business Development roles. Since joining RoadGuard, he leverages his B2B commercial experience to create customer awareness for RoadGuard's value proposition in partnership with the project development team.

Sean resides in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife Michelle. In his free time, Sean enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, attending concerts, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.

VP of Corporate Development & Strategy

Daniel Lines

Dan plays the strategic role of leading non-organic business growth, new market identification, strategic research and development, and implementation of new technologies. Most recently, Dan was Director of Finance at Trebor International, a unit of the IDEX corporation and a premium manufacturer of high purity fluid transfer solutions for the semiconductor and chemical markets. Before joining Trebor, he held two additional roles of increasing responsibility at IDEX, most recently as the Director of Corporate Development and M&A, and prior as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has held senior finance roles at Roadnet Technologies, Alvarez & Marsal, and BMO Capital Markets. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Dan resides in Park City, Utah with his wife Colleen. In his free time, you can likely find him in the mountains skiing, hiking, camping, biking, and enjoying every outdoor activity in-between.

M.B.A., VP of Business Integration

Lloyd Kuehn

Lloyd holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver. He has worked for Amoco Oil Corporation as a project manager and project engineer, served as the CFO for Scott Contracting (a $75 million civil contractor), and, most recently, served as the CFO and Vice President of Finance for RK Mechanical (a $165 million Mechanical contracting/manufacturing firm). Lloyd’s background in engineering and experience in project management, project engineering, and finance/accounting for construction and manufacturing firms are invaluable as he manages RoadGuard's business integrations.

Lloyd lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Melissa and children Brady, Emilee and Jack.
