What You’ll Bring

  • Three to five years of highway, roadway, or heavy civil construction experience.

  • At least two years of experience as a foreman, crew lead, or similar field leader.

  • Working knowledge of DOT specifications, work-zone traffic control, and OSHA construction safety requirements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

  • A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your crew.

  • Ability and willingness to travel Monday through Friday and remain out for up to two weeks at a time when project schedules require it.

  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts depending on project needs.

  • Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for timekeeping, daily reporting, and project communication.
