GeoStabilization International (GSI), Access Limited, and RoadGuard together form a leading infrastructure solutions platform dedicated to protecting people and strengthening critical infrastructure across North America and New Zealand.
GSI is the premier geohazard mitigation firm specializing in emergency slope stabilization, landslide repair, grouting, and micropiles through innovative design-build delivery. Access Limited brings over a century of steep-slope expertise and operates North America’s largest fleet of spider excavators, delivering complex rockfall and geotechnical solutions in the most challenging environments. RoadGuard, founded in 2024, unites industry-leading roadway safety companies providing guardrail, bridge railing, highway signage, fencing, and specialty fabrication services.
Across all our businesses, we are driven by innovation, extreme ownership, technical excellence, and a relentless commitment to measurable results that improve safety and infrastructure resilience.
The Engineering Recruiter is a strategic talent partner to our technical and operations leaders, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring world-class engineers, estimators, project managers, and other roles across the organization that ensure our designs, estimates and delivery are safe, high-quality, and delivered on time.
Geotechnical work is unique, specific and requires not only the educational background to understand geomechanics, but deep experience in the regional technical challenges where we deliver services.
This role is critical to our long-term talent acquisition strategy to map, connect with and know as much talent in the geotechnical and adjacent industries as possible. We can’t just fill the jobs open today; we also must build a platform that creates successful growth predictably and reliably. We’re looking for more than a recruiter – we’re looking for a builder, a coach, and a partner willing to dive into our effort to mature our organization’s talent capabilities.
You’ll join a high-performance Talent Acquisition and HR team that has improved recruiting results across every part of the business over the last 12 months.
