GeoStabilization International is hiring experienced crew leaders who want a clear path to becoming a Superintendent. You’ll continue working alongside the crew while developing the planning, safety, communication, and project-management skills needed to run geohazard mitigation projects independently.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for proven field leaders from geohazard mitigation, heavy civil construction, drilling, slope stabilization, deep foundations, or similar work.
Your Path to Superintendent
The Superintendent in Training program lasts a minimum of six months and no longer than nine months. During the program, you’ll work under an experienced Superintendent while taking on increasing responsibility.
Your performance, leadership, safety, project execution, and readiness will be evaluated to determine whether you qualify to advance into a Superintendent role.

This is a traveling, hands-on field leadership role. You’ll work outdoors in changing climates and on uneven or sloped terrain. You must be able to operate tools and equipment, work around construction-site conditions, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
