He has a strong track record of leading field-based service organizations and driving operational performance and safety excellence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"921\">Most recently, Lalu served as Chief Operating Officer at National Railway Equipment (NRE), a TRM Equity portfolio company. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years with GE Transportation and Wabtec Corporation, where he held senior leadership roles overseeing global service operations. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on operational improvement, technology integration, and reliability performance across geographically diverse teams.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1215\">Lalu holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala. projects throughout North America.\u00a0 A former Captain in the United States Air Force, Nathan held the position of Program Manager, Coach, and Instructor at the United States Air Force Academy; the Atlas II Program Manager at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida; and the Systems Engineering Chief at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Nathan was awarded the United States Air Force Academy Instructor of the Semester in 2006, the United States Air Force Academy Newcomer Instructor of the Semester in 2005, and earned the Air Force Achievement Medal for outstanding performance. Nathan attended the United States Air Force Academy, graduating with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and served as the Co-Captain of the 2000 Air Force Academy football team.<\/p>\n<p>Nathan has authored
