Vaibhav earned his bachelor of technology degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute Of Technology and then his master of science degree in civil engineering from The University Of Texas At El Paso. Later, he earned his master of business administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Business School. Vaibhav began his career with a national engineering consulting firm where his hard work and work ethic resulted in his promotion from project manager to district manager. In these capacities, he performed a critical role overseeing the operations and processes of business units representing $2MM in annual revenue for this provider of engineering consulting and material testing services. Vaibhav then moved to another consulting firm as VP of Operations. In this function, he led vision, strategy, and execution for all facets for this engineering consulting, development, and construction management firm’s operations. Vaibhav had P&L accountability for business units and locations in Pittsburgh and Harrisburg in Pennsylvania and Orlando, Florida. His duties involved continually innovating strategies to spark gains in productivity, quality, and efficiency across the business.
