Roger has been involved commercial contracting since 2000. Before joining GeoStabilization, he started his career first as a laborer before progressing to foreman for a small general contractor in Michigan. Roger then ran his own company performing the same type of work before joining GeoStabilization in 2013. Upon coming on board Roger’s leadership and past experience allowed him to quickly progress from technician to superintendent; all the while gaining vast experience in rockfall mitigation soil/rock drilling. His leadership qualities and can-do work ethic led to his promotion to General Superintendent in 2017.
A variation of karst sinkhole grouting is the grouting of mined coal seams and workings located below existing infrastructure that exhibit the potential to propagate to the surface and cause sinkholes and/or subsidence.
