Prior to this role, Ms. Hutton held a variety of leadership roles in engineering and project management areas within CDOT spanning over thirty years. After leaving CDOT in 2011, Ms. Hutton joined the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (\u201cAASHTO\u201d), a standard setting body in highway design and construction representing all 50 State DOTs as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
