After high school, Tannon enlisted in the United States Marine Corps before being honorably discharged as a Platoon Sargent. He then earned a bachelor’s degree business administration from National University before earning another bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Montana State University in 2018. During his engineering studies, Tannon interned at two large construction companies where he gained experience in project engineering on jobs across Alaska. Since joining GeoStabilization International, Tannon has concentrated on large soil nail projects in the Western United States. Tannon calls Bozeman, Montana home.
