Noel is GeoStabilization’s North Central Regional Operations Manager. With more than 28 years experience in the construction industry (twenty-five of which are in rock/slope stabilization and blasting), Noel brings a unique perspective that ensures his projects are completed on time and budget with the client’s satisfaction in mind. After starting in the logging industry, Noel’s time spent as a laborer, supervisor, rope technician, and on-site project support translates into efficient project management; effectively scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting all work from start to customer orientation. Noel has lead projects from $20,000 to multi million dollars, some of which are the first of their kind in North America.
