Noel is a Project Manager in the Eastern Division. With more than 28 years experience in the construction industry (twenty-five of which are in rock/slope stabilization and blasting), Noel brings a unique perspective that ensures his projects are completed on time and budget with the client’s satisfaction in mind. After starting in the logging industry, Noel’s time spent as a laborer, supervisor, rope technician, and on-site project support translates into efficient project management; effectively scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting all work from start to customer orientation. Noel has lead projects from $20,000 to multi million dollars, some of which are the first of their kind in North America.
A variation of karst sinkhole grouting is the grouting of mined coal seams and workings located below existing infrastructure that exhibit the potential to propagate to the surface and cause sinkholes and/or subsidence.
