Damien is Director of GeoStabilization’s sales and marketing efforts for the United States and Canada. Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Damien has broad technical sales management experience leading highly successful domestic and international sales teams. For the nine years prior to GeoStabilization, Damien lived abroad in Malaysia where he managed highly technical sales professionals selling both engineering processes and products. A graduate of Western Michigan University, his strengths include employee engagement, strategic planning, strategic marketing, cross-functional alignment, and talent development. Damien resides in North Port, Florida with his wife and two daughters.
A variation of karst sinkhole grouting is the grouting of mined coal seams and workings located below existing infrastructure that exhibit the potential to propagate to the surface and cause sinkholes and/or subsidence.
