Asif has more than 2 years of experience as a geologist and geotechnical engineer for consulting engineering firms in the United States and Pakistan. Born and raised in Pakistan, Asif is a graduate of Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan where he earned a BS degree in Earth Sciences Applied Geology and Dokuz Eylül University, Turkey where he earned a MS degree in MS in Geological Engineering.
His specific practice has been with rockfall hazard rating, coordination of field explorations, field logging of soil and core samples, performing engineering calculations / design, and preparation of proposals and reports. Asif currently resides in the Chattanooga, TN area with his wife and 6 months old son. In his free time, Asif enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.
