GSI® employs a full-time, dedicated safety team, maintains a written safety plan, trains and retrains all employees in the most current practices of the industry. In addition to daily toolbox talks and weekly, monthly, and quarterly training, GSI® also brings the company together for a full week every year to focus on safety training. By doing so, GSI® maintains some of the best safety statistics in the industry. In 2015, The International Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC) has recognized GSI® with an Outstanding Safety Program award.
